What is in it for you
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + an excellent OTE bonus structure.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:15 pm. Saturdays are on a short rota, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

What you will be doing
- Customer Care: Acting as the primary, friendly point of contact for service, repair, and MOT bookings via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Workshop Liaison: Coordinating directly with our specialist technicians to track vehicle progress and relay transparent updates to clients.
- VHC Management: Guiding customers through Vehicle Health Checks (VHC), explaining technical findings clearly without jargon, providing accurate pricing, and securing job authorizations.
- Handovers: Managing the daily customer handover process, processing invoices, and allocating our courtesy car fleet.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required (experience with prestige or specialist brands is a plus). You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and a strong organizational ability.
Locations
This role is based in East Peckham, making it an easy commute from Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, and Maidstone.
