Compensation: $55k to $75K (plus % of cases settlement DOE)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent clients in personal injury matters, with a focus on motor vehicle accident cases
- Communicate directly with clients and help guide them through the legal process
- Conduct thorough case investigations, including witness interviews and on-site visits
- Prepare cases for negotiation, settlement, and potential litigation
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case-related materials
- Advocate for clients against insurance companies and large corporations
- Work with a growing legal team committed to justice and exceptional client care
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Active membership in good standing with the Alabama State Bar
- Strong interest in personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases
- Litigation experience preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent oral advocacy and case preparation abilities
