We are pleased to be recruiting an experienced and proactive leader to join our Senior team. The Associate Director of Women and Children's Services will be a registered midwife and registered nurse who will support the Nurse/AHP Director and Chief Operating Officer to deliver strategic direction for women and children's services across the Western Isles. The post holder will be responsible for operational care and driving innovation to ensure safe, compassionate services for women and children in the Western Isles.

If you can work across a variety of clinical departments and systems, giving direction and support, developing strong networks, teams and improvements for staff and patient experience and outcomes, this post represents that opportunity. The successful applicant will be required to register with the PVG Scheme (Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme). This post is eligible for relocation expenses.
