Job Search Place Limited is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Belfast to support the Store Manager in daily operations while driving team performance. You'll motivate the team and ensure each customer receives exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail or hospitality management, effective people management skills, and a passion for delivering high store standards.

This is a full-time role (32-40 hours) with opportunities for growth.
