We are currently looking for 2 Import Merchandisers with experience in the Fashion Industry who love working with customers, with the ability to build strong relationships working with Buyers from major Retailers.

Main Duties:
- Supporting a major retail customer with day-to-day Product Merchandising.
- Ensuring that products meet delivery dates.
- Raising orders and notifying factories as required.
- Communicating with the buying team and understanding key sample deadline and selection/ sign off dates.
- Working with buyers and the design team to receive design packs.
- To ensure availability of all required samples for buyer's selection meetings on time.
- Request buyers' feedback.
- To ensure a timely review of account performance.
- Managing the critical path and ensuring the customer is updated.
- Work with 3rd Party warehouse to ensure the goods are booked and delivered as per agreed dates.
- Complete weekly dispatch report.
- Arrange and lead customer meetings.
