We are recruiting for an exciting fitness job in Ladbroke Grove for an Assistant Manager for a leading brand in the health and fitness industry. What will you be doing?
- You will help to manage the whole team, being able to step into the GM's shoes when they aren't there, creating a great atmosphere and club culture for both team members and members to achieve their fitness goals.
- Driving sales and marketing activities and developing plans to be successful, whether this means taking a lead on the club's social media and interactive content or getting out and about involved in the local community planning events, outreach, and local networking.
- Delivering exceptional customer service looking after your existing members and working towards smashing your target bringing new members into the club achieving business KPIs.
- You will be able to lead sales yourself and have a proactive attitude and a hands-on approach.
