Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu).

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, career-driven and possess a strong understanding of the current rental market, preferably within the Greater London area.
- Support the Lettings Manager in driving branch performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market appraisals and secure instructions on residential rental properties.
- Register, qualify and manage applicants.
- Arrange and conduct viewings and negotiate offers to secure property lets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Identify additional business opportunities and refer clients to the appropriate divisions.
- Maintain exceptional standards of customer care.
- Meet and exceed personal and branch targets.
- Implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all current lettings legislation and company procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and local market conditions.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Deputise for the Lettings Manager in their absence.
Skills required
- Previous experience within a Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager position, with a proven track record in winning new business.
- PropertyMark Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valuation and listing experience.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- High level of customer service.
- Positive attitude and professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated with the drive and determination to succeed.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt and respond positively to change.
- Previous experience supporting, coaching or mentoring colleagues would be advantageous.
