ABOUT THE ROLE

The Assistant Room Service Manager is responsible for assisting the In Room Dining Manager to implement and maintain all standards, policies procedures relating to food and beverage service in the Outlet with a strong emphasis on staff training and development, guest satisfaction, product quality and profitability. You will be responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of exceptional dining experiences directly to guests' rooms, ensuring impeccable service and presentation. Your leadership and attention to detail contribute to elevating the in-room dining experience, reflecting the hotel's commitment to unparalleled hospitality and refinement.
