Salary: £27,125 to £28,984 per annum
NJC Scale Point: 18-22
Hours: 37 per week, 39 weeks per annum
Commencing: As soon as possible

We are searching for motivated, independent, and hardworking education professionals to join Pool Hayes Academy. This is a non-teaching role that requires a proactive interest in education and a desire to support the school in achieving the best possible outcomes for all students.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable every student to fulfil their potential as individual learners, effective citizens and well-rounded individuals.
  • Lead a team of tutors and influence all staff, parents/carers and stakeholders in raising aspiration and improving outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Basic education to GCSE level, including English and Maths.
  • Completed relevant courses such as coaching, mentoring or study support.
  • Previous experience working with young people.
