REPS Football is seeking qualified coaches to assist a squad of ambitious young players at our upcoming residential camps. This is not a babysitting role; you will help deliver a high‑performance syllabus designed to mirror a professional academy environment. The role is ideal for those starting their coaching journey who want experience while being surrounded by high‑quality, highly‑experienced lead coaches. Successful candidates may also be invited to the Gothia World Youth Cup in Sweden (July 2026).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging training sessions for players aged 10‑14.
- Support the Lead Coach in creating a positive, fun, and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to our coaching philosophy focused on individual player development.

Requirements
- FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification (Required)
