Revere Staffing Partners Corp. is seeking an Assembly Worker with hand tool experience to join our team in Derby, CT. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering $19 per hour, Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift starting at 5am, 6am or 10:30am.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble aluminum frames and components accurately using various hand tools.
- Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards by performing inspections.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area following company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Report any defects or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience using hand tools in an assembly or manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
- Previous window assembly experience a plus!
- Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and may be required to stand for up to 3 hours at a time.
