An Operator in the Assembly team is responsible for assembling sophisticated electro‑optical instruments that incorporate mechanical, optical, and electronic components.
Responsibilities- Work as part of a dedicated team to assemble electro‑optical instruments.
- Ensure quality work standards.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Support the team in meeting customer requirements.
- Education: at least a grade C or above in Maths and English O Level/GCSE or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical principles.
- Willingness to learn, flexible attitude, and a positive “can do” approach.
