Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with customers, managing the service journey end-to-end and representing the Toyota brand.
- Deliver exceptional aftersales customer care by building rapport, understanding needs, and guiding customers to the right products and services.
- Provide accurate estimates, manage scheduling and workshop coordination, and ensure a seamless end-to-end service experience.
- Identify sales opportunities, promote genuine parts and services, collaborate with colleagues, and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven high level of customer service skills and enjoyment in working with people.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive setting (not essential).
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex matters in understandable terms.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of issues with a proactive can-do attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, switch between tasks while remaining organised.
- Team player who offers help and support to others.
- Willingness to learn and keep up to date with product and technical information.
- Thrives in a high-pressure environment.
