Job Type: Full time

Salary: From £28,000 base, £30,000 guaranteed in the first 12 months. £35,000 OTE

Must Have: A Full UK Driving License

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with customers, managing the service journey end-to-end and representing the Toyota brand.
  • Deliver exceptional aftersales customer care by building rapport, understanding needs, and guiding customers to the right products and services.
  • Provide accurate estimates, manage scheduling and workshop coordination, and ensure a seamless end-to-end service experience.
  • Identify sales opportunities, promote genuine parts and services, collaborate with colleagues, and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven high level of customer service skills and enjoyment in working with people.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive setting (not essential).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex matters in understandable terms.
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of issues with a proactive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, switch between tasks while remaining organised.
  • Team player who offers help and support to others.
  • Willingness to learn and keep up to date with product and technical information.
  • Thrives in a high-pressure environment.
