You are often the first person clients speak to and the first face they see. Your work helps the RESTART team focus on what they do best: supporting people to move forward, build confidence and make progress. This is an entry point into a professional administrative career, with real responsibility from day one and structured learning alongside your role.

What You Will Do
- Act as front of house for the office
- Welcome visitors and manage reception professionally
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to clients
- Handle correspondence, scanning, filing and document management
- Support the RESTART team with day to day administration
- Schedule appointments and manage team diaries
- Provide basic Information, Advice and Guidance when appropriate
- Keep records accurate and up to date
