Location: St Martins Hospital Site, Littlebourne Road, Canterbury, Kent CT1 1TD.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00.
Main Duties:
- Organise administrative tasks
- Maintain filing systems
- Manage correspondence
- Prepare and file documents
- Provide support to the team
- Use RIO software; training will be provided
Prepare for and take a typing test, numeracy and literacy test, and a written Trust Values exercise as part of the application process.
Qualifications:
- Maths and English GCSE (Grade C/4 or above)
- I.T. Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and RIO software (training provided)
- Disclosure and Barring Service Check Subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975; Disclosure to DBS required.
