We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our Managing Director. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential. We would expect our 'setters' to earn over £60k, even as interns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads
- Cold call and email potential clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments
- Follow up with leads and maintain a database of potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of appointments
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Keep accurate records of all appointments and activities
- Continuously improve appointment-setting strategies and techniques to increase efficiency and productivity
