We're looking for an Assistant Shop Manager who shares our values, passion and drive supporting our shop's trading hours across the week or weekends. You'll be joining a team where diversity is welcomed, people matter and we take pride in our work. We're determined to be here for everyone affected by cancer. So it's a retail job that makes a real difference to us achieving so much.
You'll be supporting a team of volunteers and part of a shop management team who lead and inspire everyone around you. You'll make sure the shop's looking sharp, sorting and selling stock and the admin side of running a shop is slick. Customer care, team collaboration and creative thinking are things you're great at. You're someone who communicates with others easily and is inclusive in a team role with good management and decision making skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the shop management team by ensuring smooth operations, including shop appearance, stock sorting and selling, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills to deliver excellent customer care.
- Retail experience as staff or a volunteer would be beneficial.
- Coaching or management experience where you've helped people to learn and develop.
- Computer and admin confidence so you can process till sales, follow work processes and do some admin.
