Our third-party client is currently looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join their team based in Alness, IV17 0UP.
Pay Rate: £14.68 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 4:00pm
Duration: ASAP start for 12 weeks, with possible extension
Main Duties:
- General administrative support
- Answering calls and handling emails
- Data entry and maintaining records
- Filing and document management
- Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day tasks
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
