Location: Brudenell Hotel, The Parade, Aldeburgh, Suffolk IP15 5BU

Hours: Minimum 30 per week, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

Pay: £13.25 per hour.

About the Role: The Hotel Folk are currently looking for a hard-working Head Housekeeper to join their friendly team based at The Brudenell Hotel in Aldeburgh. As our Head Housekeeper, you will manage and motivate the housekeeping team and ensure that all general and guest rooms are presented and serviced to the highest possible standard at all times.

Key Duties:

  • Carry out daily inspections of all bedrooms and public areas to ensure cleaning standards are acceptable.
  • Ensure that all housekeeping procedures are carried out correctly and to the required standard by all housekeeping staff.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members so that everyone is aware of team goals.
  • Ensure that linen supplies are controlled; check linen received and return any items that are not acceptable.
  • Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and that invoices are sent to the Accounts department.
