Aviation Recruitment experts Optime Group are searching for an experienced Airport Terminal Cleaner to join a well respected and successful client at Manchester Airport. Join our team and become an essential part of creating a clean and welcoming environment for travellers from around the world.
What's on offer:
- Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Shift Pattern: 4 on 2 off
- Shifts: 06:00am to 14:00pm or 14:00pm to 22:00pm
- Weekly Pay (every Friday)
- Full Training provided
- Immediate Start!
- Temp to Perm (performance related)
Key Duties:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the airport terminal and office cleaning
- Ensuring that all public areas, restrooms, waiting lounges, and other designated spaces are clean, well organised, and presentable to enhance the overall passenger experience
- Building knowledge of the designated cleaning areas, ensuring all equipment and chemicals are used in line with Health & Safety requirements
- Litter picking of external areas including car parks
- Using hand gritters to grit pathways
- Jet washing, gum removal
- Documenting routine inspections
- Working as part of a team
- Adhering to airport security processes
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- A strong attention to detail, ensuring high cleaning standards are consistently met
- Great work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be over 18
- Previous airport and/or cleaning experience would be beneficial
