Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day captain of shifts, keeping shifts running smoothly, customers happy, and team members engaged.
- Lead the team, drive sales, and deliver operational excellence.
- Ensure all products served meet rigorous quality standards.
- Oversee effective preparation of all workstations for peak periods.
- Identify and resolve workstation bottlenecks to maintain efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, swift, and efficient operation, complying with Health & Safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Actively seek information on restaurant financial and customer measures and demonstrate accountability for growing sales.
Leadership & Culture:
- Provide consistent leadership and coaching to the team; train new team members and direct/manage during shifts.
- Champion Yum! culture and values and foster positive relationships with team members and customers.
- Prioritise customer needs over tasks and handle customer issues on the spot.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by learning from mistakes and proactively resolving problems.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Quick-Service Restaurant or Food Service experience is preferred, but mandatory for the management position.
