Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality same day and acute patient assessments
  • Diagnose and manage a range of acute presentations
  • Prescribe independently as approved
  • Work closely with GPs and nurses
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Deliver safe, evidence based care
  • Contribute to smooth daily flow within acute clinics
Requirements
  • Qualified ACP, ANP, or Advanced Paramedic
  • Experience working in GP or primary care settings
  • Confident managing acute, undifferentiated presentations
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Registered healthcare professional (e.g., Nurse, Paramedic, etc.) with current registration with relevant governing body (NMC, HCPC, Masters level qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice or working towards it)
  • Independent Prescriber
