Administrator in the Health Services Team with responsibility for delivering an excellent candidate experience and supporting the recruitment team within the Cromwell Hospital and associated diagnostic centres.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the clinical recruitment team to ensure efficient hiring processes.
  • Support recruiters and candidates with interview arrangements.
  • Conduct initial vetting of high-volume applications to assess candidate suitability.
  • Ensure Workday is consistently updated to reflect the status of candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates, including sending invitations and confirmations.
  • Validate right-to-work documentation and DBS checks in line with UK legislation.
  • Where digital checks are unsuccessful, coordinate face-to-face verifications at a local Bupa office, clinic, care home or hospital.
  • Facilitate recruitment assessment centres by booking rooms and catering.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience supporting candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Previous experience in recruitment administration, with familiarity in recruitment systems (Workday preferred).
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a flexible approach and excellent customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work at pace while managing the expectations of multiple recruiters.
