Fibrisol UK is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Factory Team as Production Operatives. This is an entry level role that offers hands on training across a variety of factory tasks, with a structured pay progression scheme based on skills development and job competency.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and perform a range of factory tasks, including:
- Recipe Assembly
- Ribbon Blends
- Stacking and Labelling
- Warehouse Operations
- Blending Machine Operation
- Packing Machine Operation
- Fortnightly wash down of machinery and equipment
- Work towards competency in each task to progress through the salary grading structure
- Follow Health and Safety, Food Safety, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors for continuous improvement
