Are you energetic, organised, and great with people? Gripped London is looking for enthusiastic Activity Hosts (Ground Instructors) to join our team for the season!
About the Role
As part of our Ground Instructor team, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, fun, and engaging experience for our guests. Working on the ground, you'll support the day-to-day running of activities, welcome and host groups, and ensure visitors—from corporate teams to schools and parties—have a memorable time.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest hosting & group coordination – Welcome and manage corporate groups, schools, and parties throughout their visit
- Activity support – Assist instructors with the smooth running of activities from the ground
- Customer experience – Create a fun, friendly, and engaging atmosphere for all guests
- Briefings & guidance – Deliver clear instructions and help guests understand schedules and processes
- Queue & flow management – Keep activities running efficiently and on time
- General site duties – Support overall park operations, including set‑up, tidiness, and guest queries
About You
- Enjoy working outdoors in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, friendly approach
- Comfortable engaging with a wide range of guests, including corporate groups and young people
- Organised, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Reliable, team oriented, and hands on
- Previous customer service, events, or hospitality experience is beneficial but not required – full training provided
