Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of key platform campaigns (e.g. Summer Sale, Payday), working closely with Account Managers to drive seller participation and registration.
  • Monitor campaign performance via internal dashboards, compile reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
  • Support the setup and management of in‑app campaign tools (e.g. vouchers, livestream features, campaign H5 pages, creator activations) to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Central Campaign, Account Management) and external partners (sellers) to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Contribute to workflow optimisation and documentation to improve operational efficiency and execution quality.
  • Provide general support on team priorities and emerging projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently in your penultimate year studying Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Experience supporting operational initiatives or delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g. pivot tables, basic data visualisation).
  • Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks in 2026.

Preferred: Prior internship or project experience in marketing, media agencies, e commerce, or FMCG; familiarity with e commerce platforms and market dynamics; exposure to SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio).
