Job Summary: Care Assistants will provide person-centred care and support to clients, helping them live independently and with dignity. The role requires compassion, reliability, and a valid UK driving licence with access to a car.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs
  • Support with hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mobility and safe movement within the home
  • Prepare meals and support with eating and drinking
  • Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans
  • Carry out light household tasks (cleaning, laundry)
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
  • Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues

Candidate Requirements:

  • Caring and compassionate nature
  • Previous care experience (desired but not essential)
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to own car (required; business insurance mandatory)
