Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and well being of members, guests, and colleagues by maintaining a concierge security approach.
  • Dispatch and coordinate responses to incidents on club premises or events, including medical emergencies, burglaries, intrusions, fires, or duress alarms.
  • Assess and report potential threats and abnormal conditions to security personnel, management, and operations teams.
  • Provide seamless entry for authorised individuals and prevent unauthorised access to the property.
  • Coordinate after hours service requests and liaise with law enforcement, fire, or other public safety organisations as needed.
  • Document incidents, gather evidence (photos, video, emails, messages), and produce concise reports for club security management.
  • Provide medical and fire response capability on club property and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct foot and mobile patrols in all weather conditions, working day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in a security function, law enforcement, or military.
  • Prior FREC 3 training preferred.
  • SIA licence and a valid clean UK driving licence required.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced luxury club environment, build rapport with teams, maintain composure under pressure, and juggle priorities.
  • Flexible scheduling: rotation of six days on, six days off, varying shift pattern, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
