At Abbots Care, we pride ourselves on enhancing the lives of the individuals we support through a person centred approach that promotes dignity, respect, and personalised care in a supportive and enriching environment. Abbots Friends is a free, not for profit service dedicated to reducing loneliness and social isolation among vulnerable people living in their own homes. • Listening to life stories and encouraging conversation
  • Supporting individuals whose first language isn't English
