Interns become important members of deal teams, working as junior analysts on a variety of advisory, M&A, and financing transactions and assignments. They will have meaningful exposure to senior bankers, client representatives, and the opportunity to build relationships across the firm.
Essential Job Functions
- Support deal teams in developing, maintaining, and using financial models;
- Perform financial and valuation analysis such as discounted cash‑flow analysis, multiple‑valuation analysis;
- Conduct company and industry research to gain an in‑depth understanding of sector trends, client challenges, and strategies, and develop innovative solutions for our clients;
- Prepare and participate in client presentations and transaction execution;
- Interact with senior bankers, clients, lawyers, and accountants;
- Develop an in‑depth understanding of investment banking products and services: debt, equity, mergers & acquisitions, and restructuring.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Strong interest in problem solving and client service;
- Resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in finance;
- High level of maturity and ability to work under pressure in a small team with senior executives;
- Highly organized with initiative and ability to multitask and work with limited supervision;

- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word;
- Understanding of financial valuation is a plus;
