We are currently recruiting for a 1st Commis Chef to join our Food Production team at The May Fair Hotel.

Overview

An amazing opportunity to join our outstanding food and beverage outlets at hotel as a 1st Commis Chef. Ensure that the highest quality of food is prepared and served and assist in overall quality control across the kitchen and sections as required. Be motivated and keen to learn new culinary skills. Support senior members of the kitchen brigade at all times.

About You
  • Be passionate about food and keen to learn and develop new cooking techniques.
  • Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
  • Confidence to communicate with other chefs and build rapport amongst the team.
