We’re actively seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Performance Manager to lead our operations in our North West hub. You’ll be responsible for delivering business growth, driving operational excellence, and ensuring our team thrives in a high-performance, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Local office management
  • Business plan creation and execution
  • P&L delivery
  • Local team management including adviser recruitment and succession
  • Training and development and supervision
  • Identification of business quality and compliance issues
  • Local performance management
  • Organic growth, FUM growth and distribution
  • Investment framework uptake
  • Local marketing activity and building of professional connections
  • Cross-sell and up-sell
  • Customer Acquisition Programme
  • Local operational management
  • Technology user acceptance testing and adoption
  • Process testing and continuous improvement
  • Hub development and integration across region
  • MI and reporting, benchmarking of performance/productivity
