We are seeking a motivated operations professional to support the delivery of operational processes underpinning our “adviser as platform” offering. The ideal candidate will have some experience in financial services operations and a keen interest in process improvement and deployment of technology to create efficiency. They will be client-focused, detail-oriented and eager to contribute to a high-performing team in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the Target Operating Model by executing defined operational processes accurately and consistently across the division.

Act as a day-to-day contact for partner providers to support seamless operational delivery.

Provide professional and timely support for adviser, support team and client interactions. Process instructions accurately and keep stakeholders updated on progress and status.

Collaborate with colleagues across the operations team to deliver outstanding client outcomes, contributing to a supportive and high-performing team culture.

Actively contribute to a culture of operational excellence by raising errors and near misses openly and suggesting process improvements to close identified gaps.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of investment products including relevant tax and pension wrappers
  • Experience managing transfers
  • Familiarity with operational processes and an interest in process mapping and continuous improvement
  • Experience working in a team environment within financial services operations, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to shared goals
  • Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in engaging with internal and external stakeholders
