Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with over 10 years of experience to join our team in London and lead a Large Data Customer Transformation Programme. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data management, data quality frameworks, and banking domain knowledge, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
This role will involve collaborating with senior stakeholders, defining data quality measures, managing data profiling, and driving data mapping and API contract agreements with consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Large Data Customer Transformation Programme, driving data quality improvements and operational processes.
- Define Data Quality Measures and establish Operational Models to manage data quality exceptions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Drive data profiling, data definitions, and data mapping activities to ensure robust data management practices.
- Document feed specifications and work closely with technical teams to define data flows and structures.
- Lead discussions to agree on API contracts with consumers to ensure smooth data integrations.
- Work closely with the MDM (Master Data Management) and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) teams to manage data pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a strong background in data transformation programmes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver PPT presentationsto senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the Banking/Financial Services domain.
- Experience in defining and implementing data quality measures and operating models to manage exceptions.
- Knowledge of data profiling techniques and tools, with the ability to drive data definitions and data mapping.
- Hands-on experience in documenting feed specifications and agreeing on API contracts.
