We have a large SAAS company client who is looking for a recruiting coordinator in London, UK. This role is fully remote and a six-month contract that could be extended or turn into full-time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and interview schedules
  • Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ATS Greenhouse preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
