We have a large SAAS company client who is looking for a recruiting coordinator in London, UK. This role is fully remote and a six-month contract that could be extended or turn into full-time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved
- Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and interview schedules
- Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using ATS Greenhouse preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
