We are looking to recruit a compelling and motivated church leader, spiritually grounded in scripture, prayer, and the pursuit of the presence of God. You will work closely with the Rector and other staff, and contribute actively to the Leadership Team, as we develop and implement strategies aiming to grow the church in spiritual depth and in numbers, and to support missional outreach across Tower Hamlets.
You will support the work of our sister parish St John on Bethnal Green, encouraging discipleship, mission, and congregational growth across different church traditions.
Christ Church Spitalfields is a Charismatic Evangelical church in the heart of creative Spitalfields in East London. We are part of an exciting project to reach more young people across the borough of Tower Hamlets. Through Strategic Development Funding, three missional initiatives and six new worshipping communities are planned in the borough, and one of the key focuses will be on reaching young adults and students.
