Location – Tamworth Agricultural Institute (TAI).

Grade 3/4 role offering a salary from $87,199 - $95,482 + superannuation.

This opportunity is open to DPIRD/LLS employees only.

About the Role

The Administrative Support Officer provides administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the Branch. Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Providing a range of administrative and support services
  • Collecting and compiling information and documentation
  • Routine financial and purchasing services
  • Responding to and escalating enquiries
  • Updating and maintaining records and databases

A key challenge in this role is to deliver multiple administrative support activities and services in line with agreed standards, timeframes and milestones. Timeframes are tight and accuracy and attention to detail are required.
