We’re building our next generation of store teams across Australia as we continue to grow and transition to Dollarama Australia. The Role

  • As a Team Member, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers.
  • Serve customers and support busy trade periods.
  • Refill shelves and move stock around the store.
  • Keep the store clean, organised and safe.
  • Work across different areas of the store as part of the team.
  • Learn retail routines, processes and store standards.

This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.

Our busiest trading periods are typically:

  • From 3:30pm onwards on weekdays.
  • Thursday or Friday night trade from 3:30pm to 9:00pm.
  • Weekends.
  • School holidays and public holidays.

No retail experience is needed. Many of our Team Members are starting their first retail role and we provide training and support from day one.
