You’ve seen the headlines. You’ve heard the hype. The Reject Shop is now part of global retail leader Dollarama, and we’re preparing for a major transformation in 2026. With store conversions and a refreshed customer experience ahead, our store teams play an important role in delivering everyday value to customers. We’re looking for Casual Team Members to support our store teams and help deliver great everyday value for our customers. You’ll play an important role in day-to-day store operations, contributing to a positive team environment and a great customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting customers and providing friendly, helpful service
  • Operating registers and handling transactions
  • Stocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
  • Supporting day-to-day store operations
  • Following safety procedures and store processes

What you’ll bring:

  • A reliable and positive approach to work
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move stock up to 16kg and use ladders safely
  • Availability to work across weekdays, weekends and peak trade periods based on store requirements

Retail experience is not required — training will be provided.
