Ongoing Full Time Opportunity Penrith with travel to Bradfield site subject to requirements. Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $129,464 to $142,665 plus super.

The role: The Senior Procurement Advisor works closely with teams across the organisation to help them navigate the procurement process, offering practical advice and hands-on support from planning through to contract management. The role focuses on delivering value-for-money outcomes, guiding sourcing activities, improving procurement capability, and ensuring everything aligns with government policy and probity requirements.
A big part of the job is balancing strategic advice with day-to-day operational needs, while managing complex projects and keeping stakeholders engaged. The role also tackles evolving legislative requirements, procurement risks and governance challenges, and supports the business by mentoring others, monitoring market trends, and helping shape stronger, more consistent procurement practices across the organisation. This role will offer unique experience across a diverse range of procurement requirements!

- Demonstrated knowledge of NSW Government Procurement policies, directions, and frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
