It is a temporary full-time opportunity for up to 4 years at the Bradfield City location with hybrid working supported. Salary is relative to experience, ranging from $129,464 to $142,665 + super.

The role involves turning big, complex ideas into clear, compelling campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and investment. You will shape and deliver integrated marketing and advertising activity, creating smart, audience-led content, managing campaigns end-to-end, and partnering closely with internal teams, government stakeholders, and industry to deliver outcomes that matter. You’ll balance momentum and pace, adapting quickly as priorities shift while keeping quality, compliance, and impact front of mind. This role will focus on the delivery of Bradfield City’s go-to-market activities, including agency management and owning delivery and optimisation of campaigns and marketing activities in a fast-moving environment.
What you will bring to the role:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering marketing and advertising campaigns in a complex and diverse operating environment, with marketing in development industries highly desirable.
- Experience with investment attraction campaigns and/or the NSW Government Advertising Peer Review process highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience managing external media or creative agencies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of autonomy, confidently taking initiative and ownership of decisions.
What is an essential requirement:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Valid Driver’s license and the willingness/ability to travel to locations not accessible by public transport.
