Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative and support services to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, handling general enquiries and coordinating training, meetings, and travel.
  • Use a range of technologies, including Content Manager (CM) for records management.
  • Drive manual vehicles as required for fleet management duties.
  • Assist with processing financial transactions: create purchase orders, process invoices, and prepare basic financial reports.
  • Manage calendars, review shared mailboxes, and coordinate practical operations and administrative processes related to fleet management.
  • Provide support during incidents such as bushfires, ensuring timely communication and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, audit requirements, and statutory obligations.
  • Maintain minor asset registers, assist with Work Health and Safety audits, and help audit asset records.
  • Take meeting minutes, collate documents for insurance claims, and demonstrate inclusivity and respect in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration, including the use of computer‑based systems such as word processing, spreadsheets, and records management systems.
  • Knowledge of financial and human resource management procedures, policies, and practices.
  • Strong technology skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for community, environment, and delivering positive customer service.

$75,728 – $82,329 depending on experience (full time).
