The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

This role will see you report and work closely with the NUM to support the day-to-day operational management of the Unit which will include rostering, driving staff development and providing support to clinical staff whilst ensuring a high standard of clinical practice is maintained. You will be a passionate mentor to your team and have the capacity to inspire them to succeed.

While leadership or management experience is desirable, this role will also suit an experienced Nurse looking to step up into a leadership position.

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in acute surgical nursing
  • Previous leadership/management experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills to effectively coordinate the time, human and financial resources of the unit
  • Post graduate qualifications highly regarded though not essential
  • Provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the last 12 months
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases

A base hourly rate ranging from $55.92 - $57.76 + superannuation + applicable penalty rates. Based on experience level and qualifications (VIC ANUM/AMUM Year 1-2).
