My client, a growing and progressive company based in Skelmersdale, are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team. Working within the debt recovery industry, the main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the New Business Sales team.
Role Responsibilities include:
- Respond to telephone calls and allocate these to staff as appropriate.
- When necessary, take messages for staff and ensure that these are passed on, presenting a professional and helpful image to enquirers.
- Undertake general administrative and reception duties including photocopying, faxing, filing, and archiving.
- Undertake all general secretarial tasks including word processing/typing letters and reports as directed.
- Ensure documents are produced accurately and in the correct format.
- Enter sales enquiries & notes on the ACT database as requested, ensuring all information is correct.
- Enter all quotations on the ACT database within the opportunities tab and update records accordingly.
- Send all relevant documentation to potential new clients as requested by the sales team, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Process all credit/debit card transactions as required and pass all relevant documentation to the appropriate personnel.
