My client is looking to recruit a Sales Account Manager to join their existing team. The right candidate is to be a high performing, self-motivated and engaged team member who is really clear on what great team performance and customer service looks like.
You will be managing the company’s business customer long-term relationships and strengthening the length of their tenure.
Role responsibilities include:
- Being passionate about products, services, brand and understanding what they offer as a business.
- Generating sales for a portfolio of business accounts, including upselling and cross selling.
- Developing, managing, maintaining and retaining the business base with the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring the delivery of clear defined KPIs and objectives.
- Gaining a clear understanding of clients’ businesses and requirements ensuring solutions are presented.
- Operating as the main point of contact for all assigned customers.
- Building strong relationships with the key decision makers and staying in regular contact.
- Maintaining the company’s existing relationships for your portfolio, ensuring repeat business.
