Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, organization, and maintenance of the restaurant space.

Communicate standard operation procedures to staff to assure quality and consistency of service.

Know menu, menu prices, and composition of food and beverage menu items; be familiar with all daily specials with proper plating procedures and restaurant promotions.

Must be able to work weekends, public holidays, and on split duty.

Must possess a service-oriented attitude and be adept at handling guests.

Must be able to work under stress and be adaptable.

Good knowledge of multi-cuisine and good communication skills in particular for this position.
