Job Bridge Global is looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer (Dynamics) to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and designing dynamic systems and components for various engineering projects. You will leverage your expertise in dynamics to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct dynamic analysis and simulations of mechanical systems, identifying potential issues and optimizing designs for performance and safety.
- Develop and implement advanced modelling techniques to analyse the behaviour of systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate dynamic systems into larger engineering projects.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
- Review and approve dynamic analysis reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dynamics engineering, incorporating new methodologies and technologies into projects.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Conduct design reviews and provide expert recommendations to improve system performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor\βs degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master\βs degree is preferred.
- Significant experience as a Senior Engineer with a focus on dynamics or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in dynamic analysis software (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB, Simulink) and CAD tools.
- In-depth understanding of dynamics, kinematics, and vibration analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to dynamics engineering.
