Job Bridge Global is seeking a skilled Sandblaster Painter to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting by removing old paint, rust, and other contaminants using sandblasting techniques. As a Sandblaster Painter, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that surface preparations meet quality standards and that coatings are applied flawlessly for optimum durability and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces.
- Inspect surfaces for defects and determine required procedures for surface preparation.
- Mix and prepare paint and coatings in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or other techniques to achieve a uniform finish.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Document work performed and report any issues to supervisors.
- Proven experience as a Sandblaster Painter.
