Job Bridge Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee nursing operations within various healthcare facilities. This position demands a strong leader who is committed to high standards of patient care and has a passion for mentoring and guiding nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the nursing staff to ensure effective delivery of patient care.
- Evaluate patient care and nursing practices, implementing improvements and adhering to best practices.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with established procedures, protocols, and standards.
- Facilitate staff training and orientation programs for new nursing personnel.
- Act as a liaison between nursing staff and upper management, promoting effective communication.
- Manage patient care issues and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing policies and protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to enhance patient outcomes.
- Education Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Nursing - RN
- Experience Qualifications: 1-3 years Clinical healthcare (acute or hospital) - Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in an acute care setting
- Skills and Abilities: Must be able to assess health and safety needs of students and/or faculty and apply teaching and learning strategies. Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form. Ability to integrate nursing knowledge and theory into school nursing practices. Knowledge of basic principles of research, statistics, data collection, and analysis. Computer experience and literacy. Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
