One of our clients are seeking a Land Surveyor - Civil Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, creating detailed maps, and providing accurate data for various construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate positioning and alignment of structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct land surveys using various surveying equipment and techniques.
  • Create detailed topographic and boundary maps.
  • Collect and analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Coordinate with project teams to determine survey requirements and objectives.
  • Establish survey control points and benchmarks for construction projects.
  • Prepare and present survey reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure proper positioning and alignment of structures.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to land surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Stay updated with advancements and best practices in land surveying.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in land surveying techniques, equipment, and software.
  • Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, methods, and procedures.
  • Experience in conducting topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction layout surveys.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and quality.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or equivalent certification (preferred).

Work permit and flight, Private Healthcare, 4% Pension Contribution, Certificate of Sponsorship, Immigration Charge, Visa Entry, Visa Health surcharge and Flight costs included, 10% Annual bonus, Accommodation provided for 1-2 months upon arrival.
